Coming in four trim levels: LX, EX, EX-L and EX-L with Navi, the Fit offers a host of terrific features that drivers can customize to their needs. The base LX offers a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, a four-speaker sound system, LED brake lights, Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, 15-inch steel wheels, automatic headlights and a rearview camera. The Fit EX model adds keyless ignition and entry, a 7-inch touchscreen, foglights, a six-speaker sound system, a sunroof, 16-inch alloy wheels, an upgraded rearview camera and smartphone app integration.
The EX-L model of the 2016 Honda Fit in Phoenix gets more luxury amenities, including heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather upholstery and heated body-color side mirrors. The top-tier EX-L with Navi finishes off the features list with satellite radio and a navigation system.
Under the hood, the 2016 Fit is powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that rates at 130 horsepower. The engine is paired with either a manual gearbox or a continuously variable automatic transmission, depending on the trim you choose.
Many 2016 Honda Fit reviews are very impressed with the hatchback's many safety features, including front side airbags, active head restraints, stability and traction control, antilock brakes and side curtain airbags. We were also impressed with Honda's LaneWatch blind-spot system that helped earn the Fit top scores from both the NHTSA and the IIHS.
